Title: Driver

Reports to: Operations Manager or management designee

Summary: The responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting customer information regardless of media type. Additionally, while operating company vehicles, this position will use the utmost care and discretion by adhering to federal and state transportation laws and related company policies.

Essential functions:

• Drive vans or box trucks safely to customer locations for service needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating powered industrial trucks or other company equipment.
• Barcode and process new boxes
• Refile Boxes/Files
• Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction
• Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations
• Performs operations and safety checks, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguishers.
• Report to work on time and be prepared to perform the position's duties.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to directions.
• All other duties are as assigned by the supervisor or operations manager.

Work environment: Must tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must be able to reach, handle, carry, and lift 50 lbs and work at significant heights (20-25 ft.) While performing job duties, the employee must regularly talk, hear, read, and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving material.

Education and eligibility requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean MVR
• Clean background check
• Must be able to pass random drug screens.
• Must be able to carry a cell phone to be in constant communication with the Records Center
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Must be able to work overtime and be available around the clock, including holidays
• Strong directional awareness and navigational skills
• Commercial Driver’s License, if applicable
